Tax Day Tea Party in Newton
NEWTON
Concerned residents from Catawba County and the surrounding area invite others to turn out for the nonpartisan Tax Day Tea Party on Wednesday, April 15, from noon until 1 p.m. at the Catawba County Justice Center.
According to organizers, it’s time that we send a message to our elected officials, one organizer stated. Enough is enough. It’s time to take a stand.
The Catawba County event, is one of several hundred that will occur across the nation on April 15. The organizers of the rally encourage those wanting to participate to bring a picket sign, a American flag, and let your voice be heard.
