Daniel Johnson statement on primary win

This is a great first step towards bringing courage and character back to Washington from North Carolina’s 10th District.  Creecy and I congratulate Mr. Ivester on his campaign.  We thank our wonderful supporters and volunteers, many of whom have never been involved in politics before this race.  We are looking forward to building an even large coalition of friends across the District, and working together to bring real change to Congress.  We here in Western North Carolina have serious concerns about the economy at home and war and terrorism abroad, and we need a representative who puts our needs before politics.
