John Mull files to run for District Court position; his current term ends in 2010

HICKORY - District Court Judge John Mull filed last week to run for … District Court judge. That’s right.

Mull seeks to take the seat of fellow judge Gary Dellinger. The 59-year-old Drexel resident said he wants his election cycle to coincide with the presidential election cycle.

Mull’s current term isn’t up until 2010.
